Andy-
Complete bummer to learn of your whacky misfortune. Yet another reason to be thankful for and celebrate health every day.I am sure Sara will take great care of you and I wish you a speedy recovery.

As for the pioneers of the great plains...we are all doing well. The snow is starting to melt, we can finally see the grass and life is good. We are STILL getting settled in the Love Shack III and are oddly enough closing on a lot this week for the Love Shack IV.

I recently returned from Florida on a much needed kid free trip. Spent a long weekend in Estero to visit my mom and sister. Hope to get to the Lake of the Ozarks (much warmer there) in the next couple of weeks and look forward to the freedom of summer. It looks like Kirt will be very busy so I plan on travelling as much as possible. Perhaps Oregon in the fall?

Take care old man!
